v0.27.1 Supporter Release

Hey all, just a heads up that v0.27.1 is now up for patrons! Spent a chunk of my time this cycle on writing, including on wrapping up the bonus chapters perk feature (for now, at least). Our artists have also been busy, with one new Director/Overseer set in this release, and a few other items nearing completion. More info as always at the Patreon post, and patch notes follow:

Known Issues:

• TTS dialogue cannot be interrupted once begun. May have issues if triggered on multiple screens at once. TTS support is 64-bit Windows only.
• WebGL Issues: Be warned that save game data in WebGL mode is less permanent than PC standalone. May also be more prone to memory and other issues.
• If trying to quit with the options screen up, the Quit window appears behind the Options window.
