v0.30.1 Supporter Release

Hey all, letting you know that v0.30.1 is now up for patrons! This release features several art items, including department climax scenes, and the start on the heavy part of Specialist romances. You can find out more at the Patreon post.

Game Functions:

• Functionality to allow for Department CG variants.
• Functionality to allow for third round of Specialist conversations. When the third tier is unlocked via loyalty missions (currently Grunt only), older conversations will be moved to a second 'tab'.

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed issue blocking the selection of Grunt's 'real' mission (not the placeholders used in generic missions).

Known Issues:

• TTS dialogue cannot be interrupted once begun. May have issues if triggered on multiple screens at once. TTS support is 64-bit Windows only.
• WebGL Issues: Be warned that save game data in WebGL mode is less permanent than PC standalone. May also be more prone to memory and other issues.
